Multi-Ton Quantities

PCI Synthesis has over 16,000 gallons of reactor capacity with vessels ranging from 50 to 2000 gallons and constructed of glass lined, stainless steel, and hastelloyC. This allows PCI the flexibiity to conduct various scales of production. Our 60,000 sq. ft. facility includes a 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse on 11 acres just 35 miles north of Boston.

This equipment permits reaction temperatures from -20°C to 225°C.

Pilot plant with vessels ranging from 50 gallon to 200 gallon
