Company History

Founded in 1996
1998 – Initiated non-cGMP commercial manufacturing of bulk intermediates at Leominster, MA facility (synthesis, separation, and drying processes with metric ton capacity)
1999-2001 – Expanded the Leominster facility to meet cGMP compliance and FDA standards for commercial manufacturing of APIs, bulk intermediates, and specialty chemicals for the pharmaceutical industry
2003 – Opened state of the art 10,000 square feet facility in Devens, MA, housing R&D and chemical synthesis laboratories for small scale cGMP production and product formulation capabilities
2005 – Acquired the assets of Borregaard Synthesis Inc. in Newburyport, MA and renamed the company PCI Synthesis Inc.
