In 2005, PCI Synthesis once again expanded its facilities by acquiring the assets of Borregaard Synthesis, Inc. in Newburyport, Massachusetts. We then integrated the two companies and renamed the company "PCI Synthesis". The facility had a successful cGMP inspection by the FDA in April, 2006.
